.thelittlepip. loves: Aden & Anais swaddle

 photo IMG_5403_zps7ec27313.jpg

you must know by now how much I love making connections. so it was no surprise that I was stupidly thrilled to see that the royal baby left hospital wrapped in the same
Aden + Anais Jungle Jam Muslin Swaddle in bird print that Pip did! you can see her in the photo above a couple weeks after she was born, being held by her Great Grandmother.

anyway, I write this because I genuinely think that these swaddles are excellent. we still use ours now, even though Pip is now 15 months. not so much for swaddling, but as a cool seat for lining her buggy, for covering her up as a sheet when we are on the move, for creating a covering for the buggy when she is sleeping and the snooze shade isn’t enough. there are hundreds (well maybe tens) of uses.

and why this brand? I like the patterns, which are infant friendly without being twee or over the top. but mainly, it’s the quality of the product. it’s no exaggeration that I’ve washed ours hundreds of times. the pattern has not faded, the material has not deteriorated. it is softer than ever but not thinner.

we were given ours as a present when Pip was born and I couldn’t recommend them more highly as a practical but lovely present.

Spot on with this write-up, I actually think this site needs a lot more attention. I’ll probably
be back again to read more, thanks for the
    info!
